Beatriz’s place is absolutely gorgeous. The apartment is brand new and everything in it is new as well. The space is very well designed and decorated. There are two spacious bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. There is a lot of natural light and a nice balcony which overlooks the interior courtyard. Beatriz’s apartment is steps away from Kennedy Park, Larcomar, supermarkets, banks, cafes and restaurants. The building has 24/7 security, a gym, laundry room and pool. Everything is always spotless and extremely clean. I stayed in this property for a little over 2 months and truly felt at home. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Both rooms have a smart TV and the living room also has one. The wifi in the apartment is fast and allowed me to work remotely without any issues. Finally, Beatriz is a wonderful host. She is kind, friendly and really makes you feel at home. She was always available to help with any questions. Thank your for everything Beatriz!

Beatriz fue una excelente anfitriona…se tomo el tiempo para explicar personalmente todo sobre el departamento y permitió ingresar un poco antes de lo esperado. El departamento es nuevo y muy lindo y céntrico….solo a pocos pasos del parque central y lugares turísticos. Definitivamente regresaremos aqui!
