I have attended the same annual event for many years so have stayed in many rental homes over that time. All of us agreed this was the best house we've stayed in especially with a large group of people. A great patio area overlooking the canal. Great kitchen. A few minor issues - some broken floor tiles (cosmetic effect only), a door with a broken hinge (had to be careful to not pull the door completely off), outdoor heaters and overhead light string didn't work, had to buy garbage bags. None of these issues was serious enough to even bring up at the time. Would stay here again for sure.

This place is in a very peaceful and laid-back family atmosphere neighborhood that is centrally located under an hour to see everything between Hermosa Beach to Huntington Beach and up to Anaheim. And a massive kitchen and eating space.

I stayed at the Vacasa California Airbnb with my family, which consisted of eight adults, and everyone enjoyed the stay and accommodation. The location is perfect, with access and a close-up view of the Naples Canal. Everyone we saw on the waterfront, as well as the neighbors, were amiable and welcoming. The property was stocked with everything you may need to prepare a meal, such as seasonings, pots/pans, cutlery, plates, etc. There are three bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms, and a family room on the ground floor with a Murphy bed. The beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels were clean and fresh. There is an elevator for the guests to go from the ground floor to the bedrooms on the second floor, and it was used frequently by my elderly siblings. There is a two-car garage with a few bicycles and waterboards for guests. We rented a 7-passenger SUV and a mid-size car and still had enough space in the garage to move around. Overall, we had a great stay!
