Cannot say how impressed my family and I were with Susan's place. My wife and I are looking at buying in Oak Island and have to say, the place was inline with everything we like. Want to thank Susan for her friendly and thorough instructions and responses. Keep up the great offering and customer service. See you in Oki sometime soon.

We had a wonderful stay. Susan was incredibly helpful even before we arrived. She helped find a list of local fishing charters and sent me contact info. She was very communicative during stay and instructions were clear and easy to understand. I loved that there wasn't a lot for us to do upon checkout. We loved the location, the back patio and the hot tub were great for the chilly fall weather. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and had a great little coffee and tea area with so many options. As a person who needs to use a wheelchair at times, I loved how accessible the home was. I could easily stay there with my wheelchair if needed which can be hard to find at the beach. The bedroom and bathroom on the main level were very accessible as well. The room also had a large walk-in closet to help keep travel items and suitcases out of the main bedroom space. We loved our stay and definitely look forward to staying again.

Susan was such a wonderful host! From her welcome note, to local events, and checking on us through the tropical storm— she was amazing! We cannot wait to rent from Susan again and to be back to Oak Island:)

Great host, great location, perfect vacation. I can’t explain how stress free this process was. Susan was very informative and helpful. Had great recommendations and was always responsive. The photos don’t do this place justice. You can eat off the floors. Can’t wait to stay again!
