The house was perfection! The location was great, the house was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were so relaxing, and the golf cart rental was an added bonus!!! Gerald was beyond great! Anything we needed he responded within minutes!!! We can’t wait to try beach Hanson 1,3,4 and 5! We will def be back at beach Hanson 2!!!

Great place. Very clean and tidy. Super comfortable and had plenty of space for our 15 adults.

We enjoyed our time at the house - the pool was a highlight! Air conditioning worked great and everything was clean. Location is perfect and easily walkable to the beach. The kitchen contains all the essentials, Keurig K cup, crock pot, pots and pans etc. It could use another plastic cutting board or two. The main issue we had was lack of initial communication about how to get in and house rules. Gerald was very responsive via phone and text message to update us the day we got to the house. However, he did not communicate much via the AirBnB message tool and did not leave any instructions in the house of how to operate things like the pool equipment, TV's, WIFI password, etc. I asked him to make a small instruction booklet along with his house rules to leave in the house. That would clear up a lot of initial confusion. The lockbox for the front door is on the second floor and the one by the garage is for those renting the golf cart, which is separate (message Gerald).

Gerald was an amazing host! This place was everything my wife and kids were looking for. And the 2nd floor pool/hot tub was a huge hit, walking distance to the beach and he even had a golf cart I highly recommend renting as well! We will be staying at this place again, it was big enough for multiple families.
