The place was neat and spacious. Host was responsive. Ms hannah assisted us in check-in and parking. My friend just noted that the shower heater in the room did not work. It was a pleasant stay overall.

It is really spacious, so perfect for family. It is also just behind the serin mall so very convenient if you need to buy something. The place was peaceful and relaxing.

The condo is very clean and spacious. It is walking distance to Ayala Mall. The host and caretakers are very responsive. My only concern is the parking fee, it is pricey for P350/night. I hope they could still lower the fee down. But would definitely book again and I highly recommend this place.

First of, we really like how hospitable everyone was at the place. Everyone including the maid and security guards. Everyone was professional and friendly. Our host Hanna was very helpful and took care of our needs . She was very responsive to any of our concerns in which we absolutely appreciate very much. Finally, I want to thank joy for the condominium accommodation. It was neat and organized and very well maintained. I definitely highly recommend this to anyone whos interested in renting in the future. Thank you and Have a Blessed New Year!
