It was a worth-paid staycation for me. The view, the place, and accessible sa lahat. Kapitbahay mo yung mall, literal. :) Malinis yung place, need lang ng konting punas sa patungan ng appliances kasi visible yung dust. Pero it was all worth it! :) The place, the ambiance!

The place was spacious. The caretaker was helpful when we checked-in. However, when we asked for the details in the swimming pool, she only mentioned the price. She did not say that we need to request and schedule it in advance. Thus, we weren't able to swim during our stay. During our check out, I mentioned to the caretaker that she failed to mention it to me. She said that I was the 3rd guest who encountered the same concern and that she brought it up previously to Joshua.

Had a great stay in Joshua’s place! Wonderful space with lovely view of Taal. Plus points, it’s walking distance to the mall and free parking. It has everything you need for a short stay. Just a minor setback, the place needs to be deep cleaned. CR are a bit dirty with watermarks on the shower and has a funny smell, same goes for the unreachable places must be swept or vacuumed. Also, if you check-in past 5 pm the caretaker charges 100 peso per hour, good thing, Joshua waived this due to Holy Week. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay. Will definitely book again.
