The layout of the apartment was perfect for my friend and I - we could have our own space but still be together. We really enjoyed sitting out on the all-weather balcony. Although it is in a large development it was very quiet as was the neighbourhood and an easy walk to restaurants, shops and public transport. Kevin was great - he sent detailed instructions about how to access the building and use everything. It is a secure building so worth following Kevin's instructions to the letter!

Our stay was perfect, we could not have asked for more! The instructions to enter the apartment were detailed and clear. On entering we were met with a perfectly clean apartment. If I could give 6 stars for cleanliness I would. Communication was great, Kevin messaged soon after check in to make sure that everything was okay, and to see if we needed anything. Location is convenient also, just a short walk to the light rail, which is then just a short ride into the city. Inside the apartment it is so peaceful, with double glazed windows it seals out all possible noise. When staying in Canberra again the Hamptons with Kevin and Serena is definitely where we’ll stay.
