Just 12 minutes drive to city or beach. It's a short walk to local playgrounds, harbourside bush parks, but it may help having a car carry your BBQ/picnic stuff. Taxi's can be caught from Crows Nest or St Leonards, or book a home pickup or Uber.
BY TRAIN:
Wollstonecraft Train station is just 7 minutes walk, with regular trains across the spectacular Harbour Bridge to Sydney City in only 20 minutes from the home door! To North Sydney, Milsons Point, Wynyard, Town Hall, Central or out west to Parramatta or Blue Mountains. Or north to St Leonards, Chatswood, Macquarie Park stations, etc.
BY BUS:
Bus stop right near home, River Rd, go to North Sydney, or from Crows Nest into the city or beach.
BY WALKING:
Mere minutes to shops, restaurants, pubs/bars, scenic bushwalks, playgrounds, nature reserves, train stations, bus stops, ...or longer scenic harbourside walks to and across the Harbour Bridge.
BY FERRY:
