Had a very pleasant stay. I've arrived at the location way earlier than my actual check-in time and was a bit concerned about freshening up or managing the luggage, but the amazing and welcoming staff over there generously let me leave the luggage in the reception and freshen up in the very tidy common washrooms. Everyone of the staff were very friendly, considerate and made it feel just like home. The location is super convenient too as the bus stop to the city is right in front and is only a 15-20 mins commute. They respect the privacy a lot and won't keep annoying you to checkout from the immediate moment of your checkout time. They have a beautiful outdoor pool area too but I didn't have enough time to check it out. I would definitely love to stay here once again and check out the pool next time. Overall had a very pleasant stay and absolutely worth the money.

This hotel is in a great location for North Sydney/Chatswood/St Leonards/RNSH etc. It is on a very busy main road, so ask for a room in the rear section. We did and for only a modest extra charge heard absolutely NO traffic noise whatsoever. There is a guest kitchen with microwave and hotplates- really handy if you are there a few days, along with a guest laundry. Our queen bed was really comfortable, and parking onsite (off road) was fantastic! This hotel represents fantastic value for money, especially given its in Sydney!!

Photos are accurate regarding amenities but the ad failed to mentioned that this is a budget room which is located under car park. You should be aware of that window is looking to the street so if you want to have your privacy keep your blinds shut. We were not so impressed and upgrade the room once the lady at the reception offered us to upgrade room for $15 extra fee to have a room with a balcony and scenery.
