we arrived pretty late in the evening but Svetlana and Vadim were super accommodating. they were very friendly and kind and explained to us everything we needed to know. check out was equally smooth. the house itself and its surroundings were simply stunning, we felt very lucky to have found it!

Svetlana was an excellent host. She was very helpful and responsive no matter the time of day. The home itself looks just like the pictures. There is no wear and it is absolutely beautiful and well done. Looks like the kitchen has been barely used. The house and furnishings makes it really cozy. The beds are extremely comfortable. The place is more spacious than the photos convey. The place is very quiet and has a beautiful view of a park and less than a 5 minute walk from Lake Garda and restaurants. The complex has several pools. It is a 30 minute walk to the center of Sirmione, which is very convenient when there is a lot of traffic and the roads are blocked. You can swim right into Lake Garda from the place. Probably in my top 3 airbnb experiences overall. Convenient parking in front of the house. I suggest you enjoy Sirmione from this beautiful location.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, so wie auch die Anlage, in der sie sich befindet. Alles ist wunderbar geräumig, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber, wie die ganze restliche Wohnung. Die Bäder waren toll, mit riesigen Duschen. Rundum war die Unterkunft sehr durchdacht, schön und strahlte einen großen Wohlfühlcharakter aus. Das einizige, was wir leider bemängeln müssen war der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und ihrer Angestellten. Gleich zu Beginn hatten wir das Gefühl, dass wir gerade stören und der Zeitpunkt unpassend ist, obwohl wir per WhatsApp genau über unsere Ankunftszeit Bescheid gegeben haben. Es gab leider sehr wenig Herzlichkeit oder spürbare Gastfreundschaft. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein sehr strenges Regelbuch mit Bussgeldern für jeden "Paragraphen", das man ständig irgendwie im Hinterkopf hat. Man hat einfach ständig Angst irgendetwas falsch zu machen.
