Probably my favorite stay in Oman! The house is right in the middle of major tourist attractions, more spacious than even the pictures make it seen, and right on the beach. Alsult went above and beyond to make out stay wonderful, my only regret is only booking on night. The place has an AMAZING entertaining space. Grill, two large kitchens, heated pool, and unbeatable sea view. The rooms were bright and spacious with all the necessary amenities. The location is also great place to make your home base for excursions. It's 20 minutes from the Bimmah Sinkhole, 45 minutes from thee famous Wadi, and only 1 hour from Sur. If I come back to Oman, I would only stay here.

The villla is as listed, despite the villa being only 2 years old it has a few dents along the way and areas where it is not perfect but still the villa is in excellent condition and very comfortable. The area is very secluded which is exactly what we were looking for, the nearest big shop is a 40 min drive away and there are no real restaurants within a hours drive, again this was done by us as we grilled each night on the excellent BBQ provided. The turtles just off the cliffs were awesome and using the provided Kayak’s allowed us to float amount them. We for sure will be going back but better prepared on the food front with us bringing most along with us. Highly recommend the villa if you’re looking for a secluded spot with easy access to many fantastic wadis and hikes for exploring.

We got to the location a little late, got a little spooky at night since there aren't street lights in all the places. there was no water around and no grocery stores for deliveries. night lights did attract a lot of bugs. But once we woke up in the morning. my oh my, what a location, what a view. it's a beautiful property. very well maintained. everything there works. all the cutleries, the oven, the pool, the AC, lights, water heaters, etc everything was perfect.
