One of the best beach houses in Tiwi . Though it’s a small place and finding good food could be a challenge , the stay was worth it . The natural beauty of the place is astonishing.

large house directly at the beach. 2 floors where rooms are upstairs. enjoyed our stay. confortable beds. kitchen is minimally equiped. spacious but floor cleanliness could be slighty improved. rest was as described.

The villa is exactly matching the pictures. The view is incredible!!! It is close to the center where you have some shops and restaurants. We choose the air B&B to avoid an expensive and not charming hotel in Sur. Outside the turtle season, there is not much to see in Sur. It was perfect to drive from Muscat to Bimmah Sinkhole and then 20 min further to the place. It was perfect for 2 nights. It is next to Wadhi Sab and perfect out for half a day. The shops are good for basic breakfast (cereal, yogurt and milk), but don't expect to cook meals 😀. So we didn't use the kitchen. The rooms and beds were perfect!
