This was exactly what I needed without realising it. Peaceful, relaxing and an amazing host. I didn’t need to use my car through out my stay. Plenty of lovely walks and invariably a Lovely chat with Sylvia at some point, full of information and interesting details of her previous life. I would highly recommend this as a relaxing place to stay with an amazing host. I want to live here, I’m converted !! Thank you Sylvia, keep doing what your doing. Jan

Very nice location, set in Sylvia’s wildlife garden and a short walk through a park to the centre and beach. Sylvia has put a lot of thought into the facilities to make it a comfortable stay and she is a good host.

This apartment is perfectly located, in a beautiful garden of Sylvia’s home. We had easy communication and great recommendations on restaurants etc. The studio has everything you need for your stay and there’s lovely personal touches around. We loved the extra comforts, and have already looked up where to find a similar blanket style wrap! We’d definitely be back if in the area, it’s a beautiful part of the world and Budleigh has lots to offer.

Lovely, comfortable, quiet, well equipped AirBnB, looking over a wildlife garden and a park. Short walk to the town centre and beach, helpful and considerate host, recommended.
