5* for this caravan at Devon Cliffs, situated just a stones throw from the beach bar, a park and the beach access, and a 5 minute uphill walk to the main complex. The van was a breath of fresh air from the start, clean tidy spacious (for what caravans can be !) and well equipped-as a fellow host i truly appreciate all the really convenient items , enough loo roll for everyone, hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen, air fresheners, cleaning products, tea coffee sugar, oils , tin foil, butter, kitchen towels, kids games. all of the items that takes up the car or you sometimes forget! The only downside we had was that both our boys fell sick and the night we had to stay in and watch a movie we couldn’t get signal due to the storms and the internet was very temperamental, however we got it working after an hour and Tina was immediately on the case replying efficiently and with a booster box if needed . This place deserves its 5 stars and we will absolutely be back x

Very nice caravan and great plot with sea view. Lots to do for a young family and dog on site and off. Would definitely recommend 👌🏻

We stayed with elderly parents and a small dog. Lovely terrace so could sit outside, walkable location to South Beach Cafe/Restaurant and beach. Costal path on doorstep to Exmouth and Buddleigh Salterton. Caravan had everything we neeeded. Good comms from Tina. Fabulous break

Beautiful caravan, lovely location and sea view, very close to the beach, cafe and bus stop. Caravan was very well equipped and had a homely feel. It literally had everything you could possibly need. Tina was incredibly fast to respond to messages and very helpful. Check in/out was quick and easy. I’ll definitely be returning. Many thanks
