Great stay, easily accessible to Blackpool with the luxury of having the peace and quiet. Hosts very friendly and responsive. Would love to stay again :)

Fantastic location for travelling into Blackpool, bus stop near and easy to negotiate. Quiet location, no noise and nice to have an area for the children and dog to run about. Slightly dated and showing some wear but well worth it for the location.

It’s in need of some TLC. I made a list of anything I could find as it said you need to report anything wrong within 2 hours of arrival. My list was quite long as cracked tiles, damaged TV, loads of signs of age, a sharp screw sticking out on the floor into one of the bedrooms. I was cold at night and asked for extra bedding which wasn’t provided so I went out myself and bought an extra cover. I think it needs to be made clear the property is in someone’s garden as some people might not like that. I feel someone needs to go an inspect it, especially the walk from the driveway to the property as lots of trip hazards so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone wobbly on their feet. The table and chairs on the decking are actually falling apart and not safe to use. When my son sat on a dining table it was breaking with the leg coming off. The TV has damage in the top left corner and the signal is very weak so constantly breaks up. The kitchen is really lacking in crockery & cooking equipment
