e erything was great but there is some street noise (traffic), barking dogs and some roosters that wake up way too early. Not recommended if you are a light sleeper - unless you can book one of the suites in the back.

good things first: the garden is beautiful & the breakfast was good. however some things bothered me: 1. when i asked for refelling the coffeejar in the room it wasnt provided. Instead I was offered to buy a 7$ coffee at the reception (unpractical, since i was only staying for 2 nights & didnt have space to take the rest). When i mentioned this I was sent to the next supermarket for cheeper coffee. After insisting for some coffee for at least one cup it was provided reluctantly. Providing coffee is really no big financial efford & for 60$/night this can be expected. 2. the room wasnt like described in the photos. the sofa in the room is much smaller and doesnt look as nice. 3. the location provided in AirBnB is wrong. So first I went to the wrong location, and had google for the correct location. If i hadnt had a costarican SIM-Card I would have been in trouble for relying on the information provided. 4. communication could be better. The day before arriving I asked if I could stay for another night & didnt receive an answer. Upon arrival I asked again & didnt receive an answer for a second time.

This is a really nice B&B. It is situated in an awesome town and has some incredible grounds to wander around. They have some nice rooms but the one we stayed in (El Nido) was too noisy for us. The barking dogs were incessant throughout the night.

One of the most amazing guesthouse you'll frequent in the world, yes world. The host will go above and beyond to ensure you have an outstanding stay in Costa Rica. The morning breakfast is fresh and the chef is extremely kind. The guesthouse grounds are beautiful, well kept, and manicured; it's so peaceful. The location is close, but not too close to SJO airport, so you get an authentic feel of Costa Rica. The host will ensure you see any and all sights you want to see in Costa Rica and provide excellent recommendations. This place is a rare gem.
