Kristin and Chase were very accommodating when we needed to rebook and then extend our stay. Well stocked kitchen for cooking light meals during a longer stay. Very clean and comfortable beds!

The home was roomy for our group of 7 (3 children) and the fenced yard was great for the dog. The off street parking for 2 cars was a plus. The kitchen was well supplied, the water was hot and the bedrooms accommodated everyone nicely. The location was convenient.

Kristin and Chase accommodated our early check-in due to traveling with an infant, and checked on us often to see if we needed anything. The location is so convenient to IU Methodist while my husband is in the hospital that we re-booked after just a few days of our stay knowing we wanted to come back to a clean place with everything we needed!

Kristin & Chase place was amazing. The home was exactly as they said it was, very spacious and clean. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone that has a large group, the rooms were nice size and the beds were comfortable.

We stayed at this beautiful and cozy place for a month. It was during winter so we did not do much outside but we enjoyed staying here, almost like a second home. The place is beautifully furnished, clean, and had all the essentials that we needed just as in the description. Having 2 parking spots came in handy. Kristin and Chase were very responsive. They have a FireTV that you can log into your own accounts like YouTube or Amazon Prime Video to watch content. The only thing that we had to work around during our stay was the hard water from the tap. Thank you Kristin and Chase for having us stay at your beautiful place.
