The home is older. The tennants live upstairs and the rest of the house, which is divided into three (3) units is open to the host. Very clean, very neat just older and sort of cutup with the layout. With as close as this is to downtown Indy, it meets the area. Will definitely stay again

We were a large bunch traveling to Indianapolis from Chicago for the eclipse. Four families! The house was perfect for us in size, as there were three separate units and the main unit had a spacious living room and dining room. We hit a few snags with linens and technology, but the host was wonderful and responsive to correct what we needed. The house wasn't squeaky clean, with lots of dust on surfaces, but none of us have dust allergies so it was really just an aesthetic thing! No big deal. The dishwasher wasn't functioning well (it stopped halfway through a cycle a few times and dishes didn't get clean), so we did have to wash loads of dishes, which was a challenge for such a huge group, but again, no biggie. Some of the doors were not functioning well also, and did cause a bit of distress with locked out kiddos here and there, but as in all cases, the host was great and responsive. We ended up just leaving door unlatched. We understood it was an old house with quirks!

Our group of fourteen adults had a great stay! It is a huge, comfy, clean, older home with lots of character. There are seven total bedrooms, with two of the downstairs bedrooms having a private bath attached. The other two bedrooms on the lower floor share a bathroom that is down the hall. The three main floor bedrooms share a full bathroom with an additional toilet room. There is a large living room with plenty of couches and chairs and also a big dining area with a large table for having meals together or playing games. Our group visited The Garage and Pins on Mass Ave and also went to Fowling Warehouse, which is fun for a large group. We stopped by 8th Day Distillery and Centerpoint Brewing Company, which were all in the same area as Fowling. We had dinner at Gather 22, a close 3 minute drive from the house. There was plenty of parking on the side street or in front of the house. We would definitely stay at this Airbnb again.
