Our home has 2 fully equipped kitchens (pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc), Smart TVs, Washer/Dryer, Garage Parking for 2 and much more! HOME LOCATION: Located on balboa island just a quick walk to the water and Ferry. From our condo you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, Duffy boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do. For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is also just across the channel via ferry making this condo an ideal location for small families. For those of you wanting to sunbathe on the beach, you can hop on the Balboa Island Ferry to the Newport Beach Peninsula home to miles of Sandy beaches. . IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: - Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking. -Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit. - Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management. - Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process. - Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation. - Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent - This is a Duplex Property, you will be renting both units/the entire home. - Air conditioning is only provided in the A unit. The 1 bedroom apartment does not have AC - Both units are located upstairs (Side by Side) - (2) Garage Parking Spots are Provided Compact Cars recommended -Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc. - High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability. - Noise from other units, neighboring businesses, homes, and beach goers should be expected. We really loved this place. Recently remodeled. Clean, cute, nice amenities, great kitchens, comfortable. Parking is a must in Balboa and since we rented both units, we had two spots in the garage. The location is awesome, in the heart of Balboa Island. The property management people were very responsive and super friendly. All good!
We rented 2 condos on Marine Ave on Balboa Island. We chose that property for its location, 2 car garage 🙌, laundry machines and it was pet friendly. The condos were clean, renovated and the beds were comfortable. That right there is 5⭐️. The kitchens were well equipped and I loved the Viking range in unit A. The location was perfect, we walked all over the place. I gave 4⭐️ on the description because the condos are adjacent not connected (there’s no adjoining door between the condos). But the condos are right next to each other on a private walkway. Thanks for a great place to enjoy the 4th of July holiday!
