The house was not be try clean. There were stains all over the walls and ceilings. The bathroom sinks looked very gross. One bathroom had a large spider in the corner. There were old items under the beds. The dining table and coffee table were oddly spongey and smelled off. The charcoal bbq had not been cleaned for a long time and was overflowing with ash, and was missing parts. The unit above is very loud. You will hear everything going on. Overall it was a great location, but the house lacked the cleanliness I would hope for.

The place was great. It’s right near the beach and has plenty of room. Area/the unit upstairs can be a little noisy but not as bad as closer to downtown Newport. Bryan and his wife do a great job cleaning everything up and expediting check in.

Truly enjoyed our stay, it was close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery, and bike rentals. The beds were very comfortable and all bedding and linens were white, fresh and clean. Being on the ground floor (under the renters above) was a bit noisy. Nothing intentional, just typical walking etc. Looking forward to coming back!

My only complaint was with having college girls upstairs, thin floor so each step was loud. Also, while the home was pet friendly which was very helpful, the neighborhood was all concrete so you basically have to have them do their business on the beach. The home was amazing, spacious, you can hear the waves from the porch, and very helpful hosts.

Great place to stay with family and friends! The young adults had fun at the beach which is just a stone’s throw away from the place. Ample towels and linen were provided. House is well stacked with everything that’s necessary. Host Brian was very accommodating and gracious. Will definitely book this place again if and when family decides to be back at the Newport Beach. ☺️
