We had a fantastic time during our stay in Pine City, MN for the fair, and this home couldn't have been more ideal for our needs! Its location on the parade route made it super convenient for my friends and me to set up chairs and enjoy the festivities while my family had easy access to the bathroom, AC, snacks, and beverages. The fenced-in backyard was a major bonus, especially for our small dog who loved having a safe space to play outdoors. We also loved lounging on the comfortable patio furniture. Walking to the fair was a breeze, and we even took a delightful boat ride on the nearby river with family. During our stay, we dined at two locally owned restaurants, serving delicious food with top-notch service. The clean and comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the well-appointed kitchen allowed us to prepare meals with ease. In the scorching heat of the day, we were grateful for the refreshing AC that kept us comfortable throughout our stay.

Got into town for a work assignment with my 2 dogs. The house was spotless and everything was in good order and no issues with anything. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs. Communication was quick and simple, she is very responsive and helpful!

Amazing place! This is the 3rd airbnb weve stayed at and it is by far the best. With the fenced off backyard it was very cozy and private/peaceful despite being off main street in the middle of town…loved being so close to everything including good food and even a walmart. No issues at all with anything, good wifi plus the area has great cell phone reception. If your considering this place dont hesitate, its a great unit with a great host! Rarely was anyone in the 2nd unit and when they were we never really heard them which tells me theres a thick barrier between the floors. Will rent again next time we need a spot in the area, thanks Susan!
