We booked this cottage over Memorial Day weekend to attend a wedding in Point Pleasasnt. We really liked the cottage and it was roomy enough for 6 adults. Very clean and stocked with coffee, water and snacks. Best part is the front porch to relax and have cocktails. Beds were small but comfy. No bathroom fan which is always good to have. Thom was very responsive and helpful. The provided overnight parking passes were key to have.

Great place. Seconds from the Jenkins boardwalk. Parking pass and beach badges supplied. Fit family of 4 comfortably.

The stay here was great for our family. The parking was easy to access and the cottage was as listed. We loved not having to worry about any traffic walking to and from the beach and it was close to the boardwalk which our kids loved!

We had an incredible stay at Thom's cottage. It was perfect for our family of 4 with two children under 5. The bathtub drain wouldn't plug for their tubby, and Thom immediately dropped off a drain plug to use. He was always responsive even prior to our arrival to answer questions and offer the home earlier since it was available. He left welcome gifts. Don't hesitate to book this spot! If we ever come back to Point Pleasant, we will definitely come here. Thank you Thom!

We loved our stay at this house!!! The house was very cozy, modern, and perfect for a family of 5. The house was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. It was in a great location, pretty much right off the boardwalk, which made walking to and from the beach a breeze with 3 little kids. Thom was very responsive to messages and also provided helpful information leading up to our stay. There was also a binder in the house with helpful information. We'll definitely stay here again!!!
