Easy check in and out . It was perfect for 2 couples . We cooked all meals there so I would suggest having items such as tin foil etc . Host responsive . Zero issues . Cleaning fee and taxes nearly doubled the price , but I would not lower the rating for the place and hosts .

Amazing spot! Extremely clean! A pleasure to stay at and will definitely make a trip back. Only complaint is the back screen door knob would come off easily. Other than that no complaints. Would highly recommend.

Very pretty spot with leaves changing in the fall. Living room and kitchen are very nice and updated. Good location - peaceful but not too far from town!

Dirty cheap patio furniture instead of what was shown in the listing. Beautiful lake and views from the house. Yard needs some attention. Kitchen appliances are very nice but not a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. It’s a peaceful neighborhood just outside of town very convenient for golfers.

Great location! Close to Boyne City and Petoskey which had amazing restaurants and trails to bike on. Mike's place was comfortable, and the stocked kitchen was amazing. Comfortable sofas and dining table, Wi-fI was flawless. Would totally stay here again! The only thing I would add is the cleaning crew could have done a better job, as there was some hair left in the downstairs bathtub.
