The place was not kept up to standards. The outdoor trash was full when we arrived. The interior of the home had pets hair all throughout, the refrigerator and microwave was not cleaned. The furnitures were worn down and unpleasant the sit on. The beddings were dirty and there was a strong smell of weed present one one bed in particular. The fire alarm went off about 2am in the morning, that was very unexpected and alarming. I recommend pest control treatment, because we observed the presence of spiders and flies while we were there. I appreciate the hospitality of the host, but in all honesty this review is to bring this to his attention so that he is aware. Hope this is helpful for the longevity and prosperity of his business.

Jon was great and quickly responded to my communication. The house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood and very spacious. Great experience.

Awesome Host's, If Jon and his family continue hosting, I have no doubt your stay will be great! We had to extend a few times after already requesting a 2 week stay originally. They even accommodated my family and I on a very late booking and check out (which thankfully we checked out on time). We have 2 large breed dogs and the backyard wasn't the best if your unable to take them to the park or walks. That is on us though; with a toddler, a puppy and a German shepherd plus my lady is Stay/Work from home for my business
