Cute little house. Great back yard for gathering. Bathroom is tiny. I am a 5'9" person and my knees touched the wall while sitting on the toilet. kitchen has a lot to offer for cooking.

When we arrived there were stains on the bed. The dish washer is also very dirty. At first I thought it was a stain but after reaching in and swiping my finger for it to come back with a slimy residue I realized that it's just gross. I did not use the dishwasher. This place is not for bigger bodies solely because of the bathroom. I'm on the lower end of the plus size spectrum but if I were a tad larger (Or taller) I would not have fit on the toilet or in the shower. Other than that, the place was great, it had lots of room for our dogs to run around and they had a blast. The location was very quiet and we felt safe. There is a coffee stand right around the corner from the place and the coffee is pretty good too.

Great spot to call basecamp when visiting the Eugene area. House was easy to find, comfortable, and close to town. 3 bedrooms plus a great kitchen made for a comfortable stay.
