As a mature couple that have been all over Europe with over 70 reviews on Airbnb Carmencita and Antonio’s experience has to be in the top five of our stays. They are one of best hosts we have met. They met us upon arrival and had saved a parking place for our rental car. Apartment was absolutely spotless. Lovely terraces…the kitchen is furnished with all the utensils you will need to cook. They furnished coffee, a refrigerator full of milk, juice and wine. They also have a lot of snacks and also provide breakfast at a local cafe if you care to enjoy. Location is is in the old town with many great restaurants. We visited in the shoulder season, so there wasn’t a lot of tourists. Five minutes by car to the beaches and if no car the bus stop is only 2 minutes away. If your thinking of staying in Vasto … this is the place to stay.5 stars!

Die Wohnung war wunderschön mit vielen liebevollen Details. Das Appartement war blitzsauber. Es gab einfach alles in der Unterkunft, angefangen beim Aromadiffuser über Snacks und Getränke bis hin zum Staubsauger. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und unglaublich freundlich! Wir waren sehr glücklich in Vasto.

What a treat! Excellent location with plenty of parking and restaurants. Hosts were some of the nicest people we met on our trip in Italy. We want to take them back with us!!

Carmencita's apartment is probably the best Airbnb I've rented. He is more than perfect! It is located in the old town section of Vasto. Parking is easy. The apartment is super comfortable. The beds are also super comfortable. The apartment is very quiet. A breakfast in a nearby restaurant is included! Several restaurants and things to see are within walking distance. Access to the beach is 5 minutes by car. Everything is beautiful in the apartments. The building, the stairs, the rooms, the large terrace, the view. Everything's! That's not all. The real gems are Carmencita and Antonio. I have never been so well received. They show us on a map the restaurants to see. They even made us visit the basement of the building which contains an archaeological site over 2000 years old! Thank you so much Carmencita and Antonio!

Carmencita's place was simply wonderful for our two-day visit. Carmencita and Antonio met us to let us into the apartment and show us around, then she checked back every often to make sure we had everything we needed. When we check our, Carmencita met us again and showed us the building's basement level where she and Antonio are excavating and restoring two-thousand-year-old Roman thermal baths that once operated there. This was fascinating and their enthusiasm is infectious. The unit is in a very walkable location, but on a quiet street. The balcony, which runs the width of the unit, is a pleasant seating place and has a view over rooftops to the Adriatic Sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and Carmencita leaves a mountain of snacks for her guests, perhaps more than I have ever seen in an AirBnB rental. Also fairly uncommon in short-term rentals I stayed in, which are many, are live plants in the apartment. They make the place so much more welcoming and homey than plastic one
