New luxury vinyl flooring runs throughout the main living spaces. Steps away from your kitchen is the dining table large enough for 8 guests. A full coffee/drink bar will help you get ready for your day, or help you relax before bed. Regular coffee maker, along with a Keurig are provided. Guests must provide their own coffee supplies. Grab a book (or a glass of wine) and enjoy our swivel chairs in the sitting room. This space is shared with a desk, just in case a little bit of work needs to get done. The living room features a large sectional couch with seating for 8, and the best views of the city. Enjoy watching your favorite show on the 55" TV. You will enjoy the King size sleigh bed in bedroom #1. Two nightstands, dresser, and two side chairs finish off this space. Private 1/2 bath and shared Tub/Shower with the 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full-sized beds, private 1/2 bath and shared Tub/Shower with the 1st bedroom. Bedroom #3 has King size bed with an upholstered headboard. Private full bath and in-unit washer and dryer. We have an 8 guest limit policy. Please note we do not currently allow the hosting of unauthorized parties for non-registered guests, this includes family gatherings, reunions, dinner parties, photoshoots, etc. without the permission of the owners. This is in a residential building with other tenants, so we ask that you respect the neighbors' privacy in regards to these policies and noise. Please use caution when parking in garage, as to not hit other vehicles. We provide bedding, kitchenware, bath linens, toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, and basic cleaning supplies. Guests will be responsible for additional paper goods like extra paper products, personal products like soap and shampoo, and all groceries.
