Eloy es excelente anfitrión, es la 4ta vez que voy a esta localidad y lo seguiré haciendo. Seguro, moderno, limpio, excelente!. Pero sobretodo puedo destacar el nivel de profesionalismo de la persona que limpiaba el departamento todos los días. Ni en un hotel 5 estrellas en la 5ta avenida en NY se encontrará un nivel de atención como el que daba dicha persona. Me quito el sombrero

Great location. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Felt safe walking during the day and late at night. 24/7 doormen are nice and help make the building feel more secure. Easy to find location on maps if you follow Eloy’s suggestions. You can also use one of the neighboring restaurants as the destination. Host is proactive & sends all info you’ll need before your arrival. Building has a few hotel like amenities but we didn’t use daily housekeeping. Had basics and works if you’ll be spending most of your time out and about. Doesn’t have as much character as other airbnbs I’ve stayed at but not a big deal. Some furniture and linen updates would make a big difference. Restrooms don’t have good ventilation so stayed humid after showers so I’d recommend keeping restroom doors and living room window open when you’re there to help. Wifi didn’t reach first bedroom well. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper (for both bedrooms). Good AC for hot days. Works for a short stay.
