Beautiful cottage in a great location

Wonderfull location for a long weekend away for my wife and me together with my brother and his wife. Private and quiet setting overlooking the River Severn and in a beautiful and peaceful enclave just a short walk to the pubs and restaurants. Cosy for four adults but perfectly adequate. It was great to have two bathrooms (the top floor being a small shower room/wc). Being in the attic meant the upper bedroom had limited headroom towards the side of the room but the twin beds worked well together with the ensuite. The weather was a little on the cool side particularly on the first day and overnight but the heating system was easy to adjust and very efficient and so the property was lovely and warm when we needed it to be. By the second day the weather had perked up and we spent a lovely hour or so in the afternoon sun on the balcony overlooking the river. Helen was a very welcoming, communicative and helpful host and so we had an excellent experience all round.
