Clean home, nicely decorated, with a cute fenced in backyard. Also - comfortable beds! I’ve experienced my fair share of uncomfortable ones, so I feel it’s worth mentioning. Location was great - close to downtown Lexington, Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, beautiful horse farms in Lexington, Georgetown and Midway, with plenty of dinning options as well. In addition, only an hour to Churchill Downs. Hosts were communicative and friendly. Would recommend.

Sidney and Austin strive to provide 5 star quality and they definitely achieve it. Our 3 night stay at their home was wonderful. The description and photos on the Airbnb website are accurate. Sidney and Austin provided appropriate and clear on going information before and during our stay, letting us know they were available for any questions and concerns we may have. We had none. Everything was clearly explained to us and there were no concerns. Their home is absolutely impeccable. All kitchen and bathroom needs were provided. Their washer and dryer were large capacity and worked very well. The beds were comfortable. The internet and tv worked well. The furnishings and decorations were very nice. The neighborhood was also nice, safe and very quiet. The location was very convenient to all the Lexington tourist sights, not only Kentucky Horse Park. Thank you such very much Sidney and Austin contributing to our most enjoyable visit to Lexington.

Good location between downtown Lexington and the Kentucky Horse Park. Sidney and Austin were very responsive when I had questions and the space was just as advertised. Would definitely book here again.
