We were very pleased with this home. It is nicely decorated, has large windows with a view of the mountains, comfortable beds and great showers. Good appliances and everything we needed for cooking. A short drive to Round mountain for hiking, or downtown for coffee. A great place for families and we would stay there again.

The house had been grossly neglected. The baseboards, blinds and windowsills were filthy. I had to clean food splatter out of the microwave to use it, anytime I moved anything on the kitchen counter it was dirty behind it. There’s a thick layer of grease and dust on the cabinets and wall above the stove. The blue bathmat in the master bathroom was stained brown and wet in one part and there was no soap in the soap dispenser. There was no disinfecting products there, the only thing we could “clean” with was Windex. The “grass” in the backyard was over a foot tall in most places, including circling/touching the patio furniture, and the yard was sporadically littered with cigarette butts, and other garbage. Erin was very responsive about the other issues that we had with the house, but she chose gaslighting instead of ownership of the cleanliness issues. Thankfully we had pics and got Airbnb involved. This property manager has many listings so the discerning renter will choose carefully.
