This house was absolutely beautiful. Everything as pictured. The rooms were all spacious. Backyard pool and view was amazing. The kitchen had all your basic needs. The garage was our main hangout spot with the basketball, ping pong table and foosball table. Huge plus was the washer and dryer. The location was perfect. There were many restaurants around and Walmart is at the entrance of the community. We will definitely be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay at southern dunes. Villa was spotless, very modern. Amenities nearby were great and you don’t have to go far to get what you need. Would return!

Overall the stay was great. Place was clean and felt really cozy. The only bad things were the pool light didn’t work (they did offer to send someone out the next day to fix it), the outside TV remote didn’t work( batteries looked corroded), one of the bunk bed had a lot of loose assembly screws causing it to be quite shaky and unstable. Scared my son enough that he didn’t want to go up there. Ended up running to Walmart to get an Allen set and tightened all of them up which fixed it and he enjoyed the rest of his time in the bed.
