Babette’s place is a little hidden gem in Monnickendam. We had a great time exploring the little town and thoroughly enjoyed both the room and the breakfast. Great for a couple’s getaway.

The highlight of our Europe trip so far! Babette and her husband turned this house into a gorgeous castle-like wonder. Absolutely love the design and details of the rooms. And the breakfast is amazing! Would love to come back next time when I am back in Amsterdam.

We had a really pleasant stay! We had a great time. The room was really really nice and the breakfast was delicious. Niels and Babette are really kind and great hosts. We are so happy that we visited this place and want to come there again!!

I had an unbeatable stay at Fortuna Spinoza - a place with ample history and impeccably maintained by Babette, who is an amazing and most thoughtful host. Everything looks exactly like the pictures. Breakfast was delicious. A convenient 5 min walk to the bus stop which takes you to AMS Central in under 20 mins, so you get proximity to the city center in a beautiful house within a lovely neighborhood. I will be back!
