This is a wonderful apartment with a great view looking north towards Cerro Manquehue. The building is relatively new and has friendly door staff used to dealing with Airbnb visitors. Check in and out is easy. The apartment is in perfect condition, with all facilities working well. Very well decorated - didn’t feel like a bare box, but also not cluttered. Lots of storage in closets so you can put all your things away. It has a large balcony. Andres is a great host - very proactive and friendly, and he gives precise instructions that are easy to follow. Location is very good, close to Parque Arauco where you can run and relax. This is good value for the money, and I will try to stay here again when I am in town! Thank you, again, Andres!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay,...well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Great location with restaurants, shops, and stores within short walking distance. And what a view from the balcony! Andres was prompt and provided all information in a timely manner. Great host...thanks much Andres.
