Stay was exactly what I needed and matched the description posted. Quiet, clean and comfortable. I even had fresh homemade cookies waiting for me which was an awesome way to start the night. Had to go milk. I only met Marie briefly but she was very friendly, helpful and willing to assist me with anything I needed. I actually woke the rooster up but it does serve as a good alarm clock.

I was so blessed to stay here. Marie's son, James, greeted me and gave me a tour of the Farm. I met the family, and they made me feel right at home. This family is the real deal. They genuinely care for you like family, and Marie made sure I had my time alone if I wanted it. The description was perfect. I loved the peaceful, farm accommodations. My favorite Air B&B family to stay with to date, and I definitely will be back!!

My boyfriend and I took a trip to Ashtabula for dinner and decided to stay and explore more the next day. The room was ready for same day booking and was everything we expected. Waking up to the rooster was pretty awesome for this city gal! Seeing the horses and their beautiful property was a highlight for our trip. We will definitely be back!

Marie (and son) are great hosts. They communicate quickly and accurately. My travel was delayed repeatedly and Marie continuously kept in touch with me regarding me ETA. The "bunkhouse" is comfortable and peaceful along with being near many highways and the freeway. During my stay, there was an electrical outage due to a storm. Marie's son, James jumped into action by connecting the stay up with a generator and power (very impressed). However, what made this stay one of the best I 've ever had was how nice and friendly both of the hosts were! In this day and age, a rarity. I highly recommend Marie's stay!
