ENTRY Enter through the foyer to a scenic home tastefully furnished with fine detail and elegance. As you walk into the well lit kitchen, your view will open up as you approach the windows looking over the back of the property. To your right, walk into the great room where you will encounter a pool table, a bar, a self playing scroll piano, and Victorian tufted leather sofas from Restoration Hardware. Just adjacent to the Great Room Bar you will find a gorgeous English-style pub, with copper ceiling with beamed panels, a bar, a convertible pub/poker gaming table, a dart board and seating for up to 12. The room also has a picture frame TV, and classic beer steins that surround the room and give it an authentic feel. Exit the Pub and head past the stairway, back toward the kitchen, where you will find the living room on your right. Inspired by the movie "My Fair Lady" the living room looks up to the "Henry Higgins" library. Built on three levels, surrounding the room are solid walnut banisters, open niche windows, a marble fireplace, European antique artwork, and three stained glass windows. Views from inside the room include a window looking into the dining area and courtyard, the library above, and a knight staring down into the room. Continuing back toward the kitchen you will pass a dining room on your left, with a wide open view of the patio. The solid wood table set provides comfortable dining for eight people, lit by chandelier. Just behind the kitchen enter into a fabulous master suite that has its own private outdoor courtyard with sofa and coffee table, a California King bed, access to a walk in closet and a magical and enormous master bathroom with double sinks, a large bathtub, stand alone multi-person shower, and private vanity space. Stroll over to the downstairs area reminiscent of the renaissance - equipped with a wine room, cobblestone walls, and a suit of armor you'll find on your walk down. You'll also find a more modern theater room for an intimate movie night with the family and friends. This movie theater is equipped with eight, fully reclinable theater seats with blue LED lighting, footrests, and swivel trays. The theater is also equipped with modern theater equipment and a surround sound system. The walls are padded for improved acoustics. Exit through the door located inside and you'll find yourself right back outside in the cafe area. If you've gotten this far and suddenly feel inclined to read about Renaissance-style architecture, you can take a seat at the upstairs library that takes after something one might see in the medieval age.
