Excellent location if you have kids...a playground on the beach a few houses north and a major park and playground adjacent to the beach a few houses south. The beach is very clean, and the patio deck with glass is nice for a wind block and to go outside without getting into the sand. This is especially nice if you have older folks with you. On the main floor there are a couple steps into the kitchen and living room without rails, but they are well lit. The upper deck needs updating and doesn't have an ocean view. The home is well kept, very clean, and is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. Very responsive hosts.

Our stay at Capri was fantastic. We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday and there were more than enough beds to sleep in. The view was unbelievable of the ocean and being right on the beach was great. No long walks... you are right there. Barely any neighbors so it was like having a private beach. The furniture was very comfortable. and especially the beds. What a great night sleep. The kitchen had all we needed. Was that BBQ brand new??? It was so clean and hooked up to the gas with a built in ignitor - we had great burgers. Nice sound system inside (not great speakers outside but really who cares). I liked how there was a very large rectangle table for everyone to sit together to eat. The garage fit 6 cars with space still for all their pool table and other games. They provided beach chairs which was very nice too. And, can't say enough about the host Rita. Very kind, responsive, and flexible.

Beautiful home! Had a great stay with our family to celebrate my dads heavenly birthday. Super responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend

Our family felt right at home. We completely enjoyed the beauty of the home and its surroundings. Didn’t want to leave!
