COMMON AREAS - The living room seats 6 people. - It offers AC and TV.   - The dining area seats 8 people.  - There is a common bathroom in the basement.  - There is a 215 sq. ft lawn with seating for up to 20 people.  - There is a swimming pool. - The pool is 3.5m x 4.5m in size and 4 ft. in depth. - It is accessible from 7 AM to 10 PM.
