Thank you Kindly to everyone involved in hosting me and my family in this magical villa. The caretaker and his family are truly amazing people and was such a joy having them around for the stay. The location is incredible, the beach is literally through your back garden. Packed with water sports. All of the beds and sofas were super comfortable. Plenty of towels available. The pool gets great sun until 4pm. Super responsive host. Thank you. We will certainly be back

We had a great time at the villa. The location is great and the views are beautiful. Daily breakfast was very good. The seaside villa is nice and modern and right next to Taj Cidade Goa. The only drawback was some slight maintenance issues where we didn’t get hot water for showers and there was drainage issues in the bathroom/shower leading to very slow drainage and standing water. Hopefully this is fixed for the future renters. Besides that the villa has all necessities and is comfortable. It was hard to get Uber there but we were connected to an agency that provided us with vehicle and we did a North Goa and a South Goa tour in our 3 night stay. We enjoyed beautiful sunrise views from the villa.

Fantastic place and awesome hosts ! Thank you Marc for providing a great stay option so close to Panaji. The views of the sea are breathtaking. The living room and dining areas are spacious and so are the bedrooms. Lots of breathing space in and around the property. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Afra, the property manager, was very courteous and helpful. She took great care of us. Must mention about the on-property caretakers who made sure that we had breakfast in time , at early hours. Ours was a business trip !
