Darrick & Jodi were very welcoming! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by one of the kids saying “welcome to your airbnb”, it was very cute lol. Loft was beautiful, got to see some deer which I saw a lot of past guest talk about! Mini kitchen had everything we needed! Will be back! Thank you 😌

Our experience at this Airbnb was generally good, but there were some issues that made our experience more negative than we had hoped. When I originally booked, my partner and I were the only occupants. However, one of our friends wanted to join us (to see the eclipse). When I informed them of this change, they stated it was a $200 up-charge. This charge is not stated anywhere on the listing, and the maximum allowable guests is 3. Despite this, I agreed and paid. Later, my guest became ill and was unable to join, so I requested a refund for the up-charge, which they did. But the hosts were very curt in their responses, and the fact that we were charged at all just left us with a poor impression. Additionally, there is a camera located on the deck, which made it feel less private. The location is excellent, and it’s clear the hosts have taken time to ensure this space is warm and welcoming. It was spotless, nicely decorated, and within walking distance to many restaurants and parks.

This place was ideal for our needs during our stay in Williamsville. It was cozy, comfortable, and immaculately clean with everything we needed. We also appreciated the walkable proximity to the downtown area of Williamsville and adjacent parks. Darrick and Jodi were responsive to our needs, which was important, because the keypad/lock mechanism was glitchy and we did have some difficulty getting the door unlocked and open to enter the apartment. Other than that, however, our stay was perfect.
