Please read Welcome to our beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom house, centrally located in Amherst for the ultimate convenience! This charming home is the perfect retreat, offering a seamless blend of modern comfort and accessibility to key attractions. ✔️Walk to the world's famous Buffalo Wing spot called Duff's. ✔️ 2 miles to shopping mall (The Boulevard) and Supermarkets (Wholefood, Wegman's, Tops, Walmart, and Target),. ✔️2 miles to the University of Buffalo for academic visits. ✔️ Distance to downtown Buffalo 16 mins (8 miles) ✔️ Distance to Niagara Falls 26 mins - 4 bedroom: 2 Queens beds and 2 double beds. - Air mattress provided for living room if more then 8 guests. - The kitchen has all kitchenwares you may need, and to make your stay comfortable we have also provided a coffee bar stocked with regular coffee, decaf, and tea. Amenities: ✔️ Washer and dryer located in the basement, access is granted for long term guest (3 days or longer). ✔️ Free Coffee bar with regular, decaf, and green tea ✔️ Free parking in our driveway, space for up to 3 cars. ✔️ **Hot tub- must be reserved 48 hours in advance, so we can make sure it’s fully serviced and water is clean and fully treated before your arrival. There is a $20/day charge for this. ** This is an inflatable hot tub. The Coleman® SaluSpa® AirJet™ provides a soothing massage experience for up to 4 people, with Soothing Massage System: The AirJet system features 140 jets which release bubbles from the bottom of the spa to create a warm, bubbling hot tub environment.

Zahid was communicative, responsive, and accommodating. The house was just what we needed for our stay.
Zahid's place is great to stop at on the way to Niagara Falls. We only spent one night there, but it was clean, and comfortable... and there was a gift waiting for us in the refrigerator. :) Thanks for letting us stay and for recommending the boat ride (we were speechless!).
From the very beginning, Zahid thought of us as friends and in the end, we felt the same. He was always thoughtful, accommodating, and friendly. He even brought us food one night to strengthen the bond we all felt toward each other. We look forward to when we can return to enjoy his comfortable house again.
