Unfortunately, we had some issues with the front door lock and lighting outside. They're were no lights upon arrival. Ended up tripping and falling because the front door would not open and we had to walk in the dark to the back of the house in the dark.

Location is amazing at this property - lots of privacy, on the bay, great sunsets. The property had the basic necessities inside and out. We did need to use the air freshener and opened the windows as the initial smell was a bit stale. We ended up spending most of our awake time outside as it is definitely the highlight of the property. Our children were a bit disappointed that there was not water access in the property as it was listed.

House was great. Private area right on the water. Beautiful gas fireplace, all the amenities you could ask for. Big back yard with ample room for guests. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Was perfect. Everything as described if not better. Very convenient location. My wife loved the vast quantity of nautical decor in the house.
