We’ve stayed near this property previously yet this one was modern and exquisite. The river below and green fields across reveal an incredible sight. A warning for parking, the small drive is on a busy curve, outside of Wetherby & tricky. Overall, however, all was easy and friendly to use and master was spacious & bed was comfy.

Annie was just fabulous. So kind & thoughtful, putting a Xmas tree & garlands up specifically for our arrival & providing some festive treats. As a host, Annie went above & beyond. The quality of service & professionalism follows through into the property, which is decorated to a high standard along with the linen, crockery, accessories. Wonderful views of the river & countryside made this stay magical. Thank you 🙏

This was a lovely place to stay, with a fantastic view over the river. It was clean and tidy and had everything I needed. Annie was a wonderful host, providing clear instructions and offering assistance when required.

Location location location Endorse all previous reviews A thoroughly good and relaxing holiday Enjoyed the balcony and people watching which included paddle boarding canoeists and a wild water swimmer You could even watch the saturday park run without having to join in

The view was stunning, even in the rain. One of the best locations we have ever stayed in; thank you Annie. See you next time we visit my sister.
