We really enjoyed staying here with our two young kids. It’s a beautiful house and was VERY clean. The view was incredible even in the winter. We had everything we needed and more. Also the beds were so comfy!!! The location was great for us. We explored the property and hiked down to the beach, did a fire outside, went to several state parks, restaurants, and shops. Sturgeon Bay and Egg Harbor were great. I was impressed by the food and the pies from Sweetie Pies in town. Best cherry pie I’ve ever had. We would love to stay here again and explore more of door county.

I think the cleaning fee was pretty steep! And there wasn't any indication if there was internet service. If there was, we didn't see a password anyplace. Also, the instructions I received via email indicated we should strip the beds - but the checkout note on the refrigerator indicated "do NOT strip the beds." So that was a bit confusing......

We had a great stay with family. Very beautiful view of the lack from the patio/porch. The patio set up and fire pit gave us a nice place to unwind and relax at the end of the night. Very spacious and lots of sleeping arrangements available. Three private bedrooms on main floor and two nice size beds available in basement/lower level. The beds on the lower level were very comfortable too. The beds are out in the open with no privacy walls/doors, but they were on separate sides of the lower level divided by a corner wall so you can’t see one bed from the other. My husband and I slept in the basement and we found it to be very spacious, quiet, and and secluded from the upstairs which was enjoyable when we wanted to just relax by ourselves. The WiFi was spotty and would work off and on, but that wasn’t that big of a concern for us. We would definitely stay here again. My parents commented multiple times how they would love to retire in a house like this. Highly recommend.

Great vaca place! Our family just thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend here, and we’re already planning to return. The property is located in Sturgeon Bay, 10-15 minutes from Sturgeon Bay shops and restaurants. We loved the Lake Michigan views and the sound of the waves, as this home is up on a ridge overlooking the lake. The spacious property is secluded and quiet with both wooded and grassy areas, plus walking paths. It’s remote enough to have great star gazing after dark. Beautiful updated interior with lovely wood throughout. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great open kitchen and room for being together both indoors and outdoors. Nice wrap around deck overlooking the lake with a fire pit. Beds are very comfy. Note this place is in the SE corner of Sturgeon Bay and a bit away from the heart of Door county (33 min to Egg Harbor, 41 min to Fish Creek, 52 min to Sister Bay). Also, the indoor fireplace was not useable when we stayed here. Overall a fantastic place!!
