Lakeside is a historic lakefront summer cottage, built in 1920. Partridge Lake is a short drive from I93 and downtown Littleton, NH. Relax and enjoy the stunning sunsets over the lake from the comfortable wicker sofa on the screened porch. Listen to the call of the loons as they bring their babies to feed in our cove. Hummingbirds and finches visit the bird feeders every day. Take a swim in the private swimming area or grab a book and soak up the sun on one of the large stable docks. Lakeside is very comfortable with a spacious living room that opens to a screened porch. The porch has a dining area as well as a comfortable wicker sofa and rocking chairs. The rustic kitchen is well equipped with a self-cleaning gas oven, dishwasher, Air fryer, toaster, and microwave. There is a set of pottery dishes for eating on the porch and a set of melamine dishes for eating outside. A gas grill is found on the covered porch just off the kitchen. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the pantry just off the kitchen. The main bedroom with a queen bed is located on the first floor and is surrounded with windows that provide beautiful lake views. Sleep with the windows open and enjoy the cool night breezes and the sounds of birds and loons. There is a 1/2 bath on the first floor with a toilet and sink. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The first has two twin beds. The second has a queen bed and overlooks the lake. Quality linens are provided, or you may bring your own sheets and towels. The bathroom on the second floor has a toilet, sink vanity and small shower. There is also an office space on the second floor with 2 desks and high-speed Internet access. Bring your laptop if you must stay connected. There is a cute rustic cottage on the property known as the dollhouse. The rocker on the porch is a great private getaway for reading or just enjoying the sounds of the lake. Caution: The staircase to the second-floor bedrooms, bathroom and office space is very steep. Please use caution and use the sturdy handrail when climbing or descending the stairs. The water depth at the end of the long dock is approximately 4 ft. Use caution when diving. We recommend walking into the lake from the sandy shoreline.
