Highly recommend, the game room makes it more than worthwhile. Location is very central!

We stayed at this place while visiting local friends in the area. We booked both 'units' so we had the whole house. It was tough getting between the units as we were getting ready/socializing as the doors to each would auto lock once closed so you had to keep putting in the code. The front door of the house did not have a lock at all so that was limiting with having both units. The photos were also a bit misleading, as some of the bedding changed between photos so you thought there were more rooms than there was. We also did not have enough hand towels for 14 people, nor linens for the futons, and we had to ask for them. We also did not have dishwasher soap. Overall, this was an OK stay and did the job for a large meal and 2 nights of sleeping for a big group. The game room was also fun, but seemed far as it was the third floor of the house - many stairs, so be prepared!

Great for a large group! The arcade room was a huge hit with our group, so much fun and a great spot to hang out. The hosts were super responsive and helpful when needed.

Myself and 9 others rented the full house for 2 nights, we had a blast in Buffalo. The house was everything we needed. It was very clean. We loved the games room. Host was very responsive and helpful. Our only suggestion would be to put a bath mat in the upper bathroom as floor got very wet and no extra towels to use as a bath mat. The pillows were thin. So we would recommend bringing your own pillows if you like more than one pillow. Overall we would reach out to stay here if we are ever in the area again ! Thanks Matt and Joelle

Matthew was an excellent host. He was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. The house is in a good location and easy to get to everything. I would recommend this spot for families traveling to the area looking to stay together.
