Nice stay if you have a need to be close to Emory and this specific area. Have everything you need in the space. The location is on the bottom of a very steep hill driveway so if you need ADA accessibility I would inquire about the upper-level dwelling. Lots of rules listed (tons) but if you simply show some respect and care to the place I don’t think you’ll have an issue. Extra fees for late check out not listed but host was accommodating nonetheless.

Noah and Alan’s place is in a good location for access to the CDC and Emory. It’s close to many restaurants along Ponce de Leon Ave. Noah and Alan are very responsive and helpful! Would recommend staying!

wonderful guy .the house was super clean. very close to everything! Most definitely the best place I was able to find within the area. and very cost friendly. Nothing but good things to say about him and his residency.

The place is very quiet and peaceful. I love these beautiful surroundings with a lot of trees and the sounds of birds chirping. Alan always responded to every message quickly. He is a great host. I enjoyed my stay here and hope to return!
