Enjoy this beautiful small studio in the centrally-located intown neighborhood of Kirkwood immediately adjacent to the Pullman Yards! Professionally designed, the 230 sq ft studio is part of a brand new home surrounded by century old bungalows. A keyless coded private entrance and a spacious front porch welcomes you. The kitchenette has everything you need for dinner for two. Whether for work or holiday, you'll find the Kirk Studio clean, stylish, and comfortable! An alternative to luxury hotels, the small Kirk Studio is cleaner and more comfortable, with designer finishes. It is small (230 sq ft.) but there is plenty of room to watch a movie on the sofa, work at the desk, or sit back and read. The 'Pullman Yards' with its restaurants and attractions is one street over and a 5 minute walk. Marta commuter train station is 3/4 mile away via pedestrian PATH, and 1.5 miles via automobile. Parking is free on the street and almost always readily available immediately in front of the studio.

We had a great stay at David’s place. Very easy walk to pullmans yards and the Airbnb felt luxurious. We will definitely stay there again!

Perfection. Incredible super high end design choices done at top notch. Not a lot of people get to live in a home done this well. Their design choices but also the customization is just beyond. I am a builder and I know this was done by someone who is very particular and has exquisite taste. Clean and cozy.
The house was perfect for our trip! We enjoyed being able to walk to Pullman Yards so we could enjoy our night without driving. The place was very clean and comfortable. It was cozy, but didn't feel cramped at all and David provided some nice touches (like Kcups, creamer, and bottled water!) which were very much appreciated. We would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the front porch

Kirkwood began in the late 19th century as a suburban trolly line neighborhood for the expanding area of Atlanta. Located 4 miles from center of downtown Atlanta, it has 2 Marta stations, a small downtown core of restaurants, and the Pullman Train Yards area with restaurants, concerts, and other attractions. You will be feet from Pullman, 2 miles from the Beltline trail, 2 miles from Ponce City Market, 6 miles from Buckhead, and 15 miles from the airport.
Parking is free, and readily available on the street directly in front of the studio. You can walk to several restaurants and you are only a block away from Pullman activities and restaurants. Marta is a 15 minute walk. I encourage cycling! There is a path from our neighborhood to the immensely popular Beltline.
