woul not stay again. incredibly hard to check in and they never answered my messages to had to call then had a very unhelpful 'sometimes airbnb bookings don't go through properly...' even though I had confirmation emails. not their problem apparently....ours. eventually got them to help and it turned out all 4 of us were sleeping in the same room. aggressive check out procedure as well with banging on the door half an hour before checkout time.

The managers of this place are super profesional, the place is spotless and there are lots of welcoming things: toothbrush, shampoo, coffee, etc. All interactions are done through their website though, and systems sometimes have issues. In my case, I have a double-barreled surname which wasn't registered properly, this implied that I couldn't check-in following the normal path of the system, I had to contact support. Also, after you check-in, is not intuitive that you have to follow a wizard to see the second code that you need to open the apartment's door. At first I thought I was a boomer but the next day I saw a young couple having the same issues I had to enter the flat (not knowing there was a 2nd code). None of these difficulties can happen to you, now that you know them, and the flat is really well taken care of: super clean, exactly like the photos, etc. That's why I am giving it 5 stars irrespective of the tech issues.
