房东先生人超级棒，我和我的朋友退房的时候发生了两次丢失东西的情况，他都跑很远来帮助我们。还有楼下的清洁阿姨，朋友的包包忘记在路边了，阿姨帮我们捡到并收好，朋友的护照在里面，真的非常感谢他们，下次来尼斯一定还会再住这里。

We had a perfect weekend at Victor's apartment. Even before we arrived, he sent friendly messages, ensuring we were relaxed about picking up the key & finding the apartment. Although we were arriving late, he arranged an easy key pick-up & gave clear instructions to find the pick-up location. Arriving tired, we were particularly pleased to arrive at the apartment & find it exactly as described, very well-equipped & in immaculate condition. The lovely bedding & walk-in shower were extremely welcome! We've stayed in several places in Nice, & this was one of our favourites. We enjoyed being in a more residential area, without the old town's late night noise, but still within easy walking distance of the old town, the promenade & Jean Medecin shopping. Nearby Place du Pin offers a great variety of restaurants. For additional travel, there are 3 tram stops within an 8-10 minute walk, & Nice Riquier station is a similar distance. Très joli appartement, lumineux,spacieux et très bien agencé. Hôte très amical, disponible et très arrangeant. J’ai passé un excellent séjour. Je conseille vivement!

Victor is an amazing host. quick in response en very helpfull. The location is perfect small stores in the neighborhood. very close to the train station, greenery infront of the apartment. the apartment itself was clean and very neat. it is a great place to stay.

This is one of those rare listings that was actually better than expected. Everything felt new and pristine, lots of light and a beautiful balcony overlooking a park. Bit of a walk to get to the main part of town but there were still lots of restaurant options nearby. Highly recommend.
